New Product: NYX Palette Runway Collection
NYX recently came out with three new types of eyeshadow palettes, which will join their already huge selection of eye products. The news of these palettes has already been lighting up different makeup communities, such as Makeup Alley and Makeup Talk. Two of these new palettes contains 10 shadows, while the other one has 5 different shadows.
The first new palette that is available is the Runway Collection that has ten different colors, that will create a variety of looks. Each palette costs $9.

Secret World

NYX Has Released New Traincases
Well, NYX has finally made available their long awaited traincases. I have to say, I am of two minds with them. They are absolutely beautiful in pictures, but they are much more expensive than I originally thought they would be. I can’t post the pictures of the traincases on my site, but I can tell you what prices they are.
The large traincase is listed as being $500 on the site. This is a big traincase with a handle and wheels that turns into a free standing makeup station. There are legs that are folded up into the traincase. You can check out the traincase HERE
The medium traincase is listed as for $125 on the website and it is described as being half the size of the large traincase, minus the ability to turn into a makeup station. This traincase has a retractable handle and wheels for easy travel. You can see this traincase HERE
The smallest traincase is priced at $85 and it is smaller and differently built than the medium traincase. This is a like a traditional carry around traincase, it opens up to tiered compartments, similar to higher end Sephora traincases. You can see this traincase HERE
As most of you know, I loves my NYX, but I’m truly not feeling these traincases, mostly because of the price point. If any of you decide to jump the shark and try one of these traincases, feel free to let me know how you like them

Cover Girl & Crest: Amazemint LipGloss
Cover Girl, in an attempt to bring something new to the table of makeup, partnered with toothpaste giant Crest to bring something truly unique. Amazemint lipglosses pull double duty as not only lipglosses but also as a smile treatment. The Crest peppermint oil in the gloss acts as a breath freshener everytime you apply the gloss, or rub your lips together.
I recently purchased two of the colors, Merry Berry, a pinky peach color with very little to no shimmer and the shimmery blue gloss, Happy Hour. I plan on writing up reviews of these products later in the week. These glosses are similar to the C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Tint glosses.
The glosses come in 13 different colors, and many of them are blue based, which counteracts the yellow in teeth, giving the illusion of whiter and brighter teeth. These glosses retail for about $6, and are becoming available anywhere Cover Girl is sold.
