Collective Ebay Hauls
So, I have been hauling like crazy on Ebay lately. I have found many good deals on Evil-bay lately, and it’s been stuff that I have been wanting FOR-EVAH now.
Stila Mandarin Baked Eyeshadow Trio in Cool. I love baked eyeshadows, and I found this long discontinued eyeshadow on Ebay for $16, including shipping and insurance. The eyeshadow went for $24-28 when it was in stores. I never got the chance to pick it up when it was in stores, so I am happy to have it now.
Urban Decay Midnight Cowboy lipstick . I tried this and fell in love with it, the last time I was in Sephora, but I was hesitant to spend $25 on one little lipstick. I am slowly moving into higher end lippies, but that is just a redic price in my opinion. However, I nabbed this lipstick on Ebay for $13 and change including shipping. So I was quite happy with it. I love the nude color, and it was a good purchase.
Cover Girl Outlast Lipstains. I have been dying to try these out, but I try not to buy Drugstore products without some type of discount. So I have waiting for months for any store to put Cover Girl on sale BOGO Free, so I can pick up some of these. But so far, there has been no sales on Cover Girl. So I turned to Ebay, and I found someone who was selling all 10 of these lipstains for $30 + shipping. So I happily jumped on this sale, because if you purchase all of these at retail price, which is $8-9 each, you will spend close to $100.
So I am going to add these to my never ending list of products to review, and hopefully I can review everything relatively soon!

Stila, Stila, Stila… What am I Going to do With You?
I was never someone who had to have high end makeup – in fact, most of the time, I feel that it is over priced and over hyped, except for a few pieces here and there from the expensive brands. Pigments from MAC, the eyeshadow palettes from Urban Decay… and a couple of random items from Stila and other brands.
However, I never really indulged in these brands, considering they were expensive for my college student budget. Even now, I still stick with drugstore makeup, and I look for the best deals I can find. As you guys know quite well, especially if you read my haul posts.
But lately… a brand that was always off my radar, because of its expensiveness, has been taking my interest. Stila, is a brand that I had a couple of items from, mostly stuff from sales on the Stila website. I now find myself browsing their website more and more often, looking at the exclusive online sales. I’ve already made one purchase that I am looking forward to, and I plan on ordering more in the next couple of weeks.
My recent order was the online exclusive set of Stila’s version of the MAC Mineralized Eyeshadows and MSFs. They normally run $28 for the shadows and $32 for the face powder. I got the entire set for $40 plus tax. Free shipping. The set originally goes for $50, and the original price for the set and shipping without any discount was $60+. So, getting each item for $10, was an amazing deal, and I was estatic to get it. I love baked domed eyeshadows and Stila’s are no exception.
It’s Glow Time:
Baked Eye Shadow Trio in Gold Glow
Baked Eye Shadow Trio in Bronze Glow
Baked Eye Shadow Trio in Champagne Glow
Illuminating Finishing Powder in Gold

The next set that I plan on ordering is the Stila A-Lister set. This set including 8 full sized products for $40. Talk about a deal!

Review: Stila All Over Shimmer *9
Borrowed from Makeup Alley - Uploaded by user jillwiersma
I originally got this in a set with the Kitten eyeshadow and lipgloss. I loved both of those immediately, however this product was something that I just couldn’t find any love for, so it got thrown into the bottom of my makeup drawer destined to live a lonely life. When I used this product as a highlighter or a blush, I just got a load of silver glitter all over my face. That wasn’t working for me.
But, then I got an idea. While I was going through products for my swap list on MUA, I came across this product again. It truly is a gorgeous light pinky peach in the compact. So I got the crazy idea to try this product as an eyeshadow. So I applied it to my eyes with my 239 dupe, which is the Loew Cornnall 3/8th Maxine Mop paint brush. The product became the perfect peachy pink color on my lids. It made my eyes look wide and awake, similar to the look of Kitten – only not as frosty, which was surprising. I tried this color on my lid and blended some Urban Decay Smog into the crease, and it was the perfect shimmery nude look. LOVE! So if you have this product sitting around collecting dust, give it a try as an eyeshadow. You won’t be disappointed!
