One of my favorite mineral makeup companies, The SheSpace has introduced one of the most creative ways I’ve seen to create eyeshadow. Through the Pigment Bar, customers can customize their own pigments to create truly original eyeshadow colors. The prices of these pigments are $4.50 a piece, which is slightly more than the normal line of pigments which are priced at $4.00. Each pigment is packed into a 3 gram jar, which is smaller than the typical 5 gram jar that most of the MMU companies use.
The basic idea of this pigment bar is that a person can take a base color, which is a velvet and then add their own little extra something to it to make it a truly special and unique color. This concept gives the consumer almost complete control over the creation of their own colors. Right now the pigment bar is a Limited Edition addition to the site, but Heather, The She Space owner may consider making the pigment bar into a permenant fixture on the site.
