Wishlist: Jan 09
Even though I have been hauling like crazy these past couple of weeks, I still have a pretty full wishlist that I hope to get through soon. Most of the stuff on my list is not easily available – so I have to purchase most of it from the internet. Which is no problem – I just need to stay out of the stores. Haha.
Eco Tools – New 5 Piece set. This set is different than the one most people know of, with the blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, concealer and eyebrow comb brushes. This one has four brushes with white and black bristles and are specially made for mineral makeup. I have been lemming this for the longest time, and I have finally found it in my local Walgreens, so I can’t wait to get them!!
La Femme Products- I have been wanting La Femme products for the longest time now. The only place I can get them for reasonable price and shipping is makeup mania. So the next time I get an extra $40 or so, you know I’ll be spending it at makeup mania getting some eyeshadows and blushes.
Coastal Scents Palettes- Which makeup junkie doesn’t want these palettes? I have been craving all of the palettes, doubly so since I got to experience the neutral one for myself. Definitely an eyeshadow junkie’s dream.
Coastal Scents E-Z Press- I have a lot of mineral eyeshadows that I have been wanting to press, and this is just the product to do it. However I just haven’t gotten around to purchasing it yet. I will in a couple of weeks though – hopefully.
TKB Trading- I have been dying to get some pigments from TKB Trading since I first heard of this site. They also conveniently have little tin pans that I can use to press mineral eyeshadows into it. Which will work wonderfully when I get my E-Z Press from Coastal Scents.
I’ll will definitely be getting a lot of these products over the next month or so, so keep a look out for that!
Wish List: Fashion For The Curvy pt. 1
I’ve always been a bigger girl, I came from a big family and no matter what I did, weight loss wise I never got past a size 14-16. Growing up, I never had access to fashionable plus size clothes as a teenager so I basically had to make due with Wal Mart, Target and KMart clothes, which were definitely not cute. Now that I am older and actually have the means to purchase cute clothes for myself, I had a blast looking through online boutiques that specialize in plus size clothes.
Here are some of the sites I’ve been browsing, and the pieces that I am drooling after!
Fashion Overdose: This skirt is $22, and it is absolutely adorable!

This shirt comes in three different colors, plum, white and black and is only $20!! The black version of this top would look amazing with the skirt above!
This dress, which retails for $42.99 is one of the cutest dresses I’ve seen in a long time. I desperately want this dress, but I have no idea where I would wear it to!
These are just a few pieces that have caught my attention while web shopping. Now if it were only this easy to find cute shoes for my size 11/12 feet!!
Happy Shopping!
Wish List: China Glaze OMG 2BKewl & 2BHOT Collections

I’ve been on a real nailpolish kick lately, ever since I got a fresh bottle of ORLY’s Bonder, which is like THE best base coat I’ve ever used, including Seche Vite’s base coat. Anyway, a few years ago Sally Hansen released Magicals, a Limted Edition collection of nail polish that was holographic, and I ended up buying several bottles of each color for backups.
So when The China Glaze collections came to my attention, I knew I must have these colors! Each collection, has 6 coordinating colors, 2BKewl has all cool colors, while 2BHot is a collection of warmed toned colors.
2BKewl

- OMG (Oh my gawd)- holographic grey with rainbow shimmer
- 2NITE (Tonight) - holographic blue
- IDK (I don’t know) - holographic violet
- BFF (Best friends forever) – holographic purple-blue
- LOL (Laugh out loud) – holographic dark purple
- DV8 (Deviate) – holographic teal
2BHot

- QT (Cutie) – holographic magenta-purple
- TMI (Too much information) – holographic rose red
- TTYL (Talk to you later) – holographic peachy-pink
- FYI (For your information) – holographic beige with silver, blue and green
- GR8 (Great) – holographic yellow
- L8R G8R (Later gator) - holographic light green
If you are lucky enough to live by a nail salon or nail supply that just happens to carry China Glaze, do yourself a favor and go and pick up a color or two, or twelve
. If you can’t get these locally, check out Head2ToeBeauty or EBay for the collections.
Also, while searching for OMG, check out the separate top coat that came out with the two collections as well.
